Yi Han
Yi’s passion at a young age was to do design and construction, building cozy homes to enjoy, and pristine commercial spaces for people to gather. From small to large projects, utilizing direct resources to keep costs down yet not sacrificing quality is her favorite pastime.
Yi was born in Asia but grew up in New York. She has both eastern and western cultural background. Enabling her to provide a well balanced traditional or modern viewpoint.
Our Team
We are a design-build company. It was very rare to find designers who are also familiar with construction procedures and details. This advantage enable us to combine value engineering with aesthetics. This also eliminates unnecessary change orders that delays the projects and it also minimizes construction cost. We have in-house mechanical engineer, structure engineer and fire alarm engineer.
